I purchased an RCA MP3 player a few months ago,red.TH2002RDR and I absolutley hate it. I stupidly threw away the receipt and can't return it. The buttons are impossible to work,hard to turn off and on,display hard to read. I was going to contact RCA but can't get through. After reading everyone else's difficulty with even big ticket items,I guess I'll just eat the $30 and never buy an RCA product again.
