Beware very bad washer!
I have had this washer since 7/8/11. Starting on 1/24/2012 to 3/12/12 I have had 3 service calls for this very loud washer. They have not fixed the problem. I don't know if I will ever get someone to fix this problem. This is the worst washer that I have ever had. I will never buy another whirlpool again. I don't understand why no one cares about this bad washer. Also whirlpool customer service stinks. I asked why I can't get this fixed and it is always someone else fault. I called the company that is working on the machine and guess what they said. It is someone else fault. I would like to know when and how I can get this washer fixed. How many times does it take for someone to fix a washer. Do they think we can just stop what we are doing and wait for a repair person everyone week? So buyer beware very aware of this product. Buyer Beware
If you only have a few items to wash, this might be the machine for you. However, if you intend to use it, at the recommended load height, then, buyer beware. This is false. Attepmting to load at the recommended height results in dry and dirty clothing at the end of the cycle. And, guess what, according to Whirlpool, this was how the machine was designed. It is junk. Also, it is REALLY loud!!!!Whirlpool sent out a technician. Their own technician indicated that while the machine was operating as it was designed, there was a major flaw in the design.
Whirlpool maintains that since it operates as it was designed to operate (not as it is advertised to operate) there is nothing wrong with it and therefore they are not responsible. Whirlpool customer service also indicated to me that they haven't received ANY service complaints regarding this machine. That is another false statement.
What happened to the Whirlpool quality I am used to...
