Horrible unit

Worst appliance and service !!!!Never worked properly spin cycle ALWAYS sounded as thou bunch of bricks in washer. When service people came out the ALL 3 gentle men told me I did not know how to do laundry it is just off balance ...While they never even opened the machine nor would they wait to hear spin cycle. Th machine did continue to work with a horrific noise it is 2 years old and now won't spin at all I have tried to ask customer ser. If there is a reset or something? A the private service co. Have not been able to repair. DO NOT PURCHA!!!!!!!!
