I own a 52" sony bravia. It broke 10 months into owning the television. It was used on average 1 hour per day in the 10 months I have owned it. It has been 8 WEEKS and still no repair. I have called numerous times, complained, begged and pleaded to no satisfaction. Why should I ever buy a sony product again, they sell the product and walk away from you when their garbage fails in the first 12 months. I can not believe after 8 WEEKS the tv has never been looked at by a Sony repair person. They just put me off over and over again. I WILL NEVER BUY SONY AGAIN.
